Hello,

This is Mr. Larkin, Health and Physical Education Teacher here at Ridgefield Memorial High School.  I am an alumni of the high school and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to come back and teach here.  Aside from teaching I am going into my 6th year coaching football at the high school level, as one of the football coaches for the CP/R HS Football program here at the high school.  I also have experience as a Head Track and Field coach.

Physical Activity has always been a huge part of my life, whether in the form of athletics or exercise.  I believe some of the most important lessons I've learned in life were through sport and activity, and as a Health and Physical Educator, my mission is to not only inspire students to live and lead an active and healthy lifestyle, but to use physical activity as a tool to better students in all walks of life.
